"Otto" 30cl Black Candle Glass

This new scent is one of the most sophisticated and captivating fragrances I have found and I can’t get enough of it! I would describe it as opulent, smoky and alluring. With delicate top notes of rose, lavender and thyme and alluring middle notes of neroli, orris and cedarwood on entrancing base notes of incense, amber, vanilla and patchouli, it is seductive and inviting as soon as you smell it. For those of you who have never heard of Orris, it is extracted from irises grown in Tuscany and southern France, is one of the most costly raw materials in the perfumer’s palette. It takes five or six years after planting for the scent molecules needed for the precious absolute to develop in the rhizomes. The complex, delicate scent is floral, powdery, woody and buttery, with a hint of violet – gorgeous! Candle Care If you follow these pointers your candle should give you around 45 hours burn time throwing out great fragrance until the very end! 1. Light your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts, or fans, which can cause sooting (black marks on the vessel), or rapid, uneven burning and can be a fire risk 2. Burn initially until a full melt pool is attained to the sides of the tin. Wax has a memory and if you don't do this it can cause the candle to 'tunnel', which leaves a build-up of wax around the vessel's sides, thus shortening the life of your candle. 3. Trim your wick to around 1/4" before each time you light it. I just tend to do it between my fingers to snap off any carbonised wick. This will improve the quality of your burn and increase the life of your candle. Always place your candle on a hard, flat, non-combustible surface out of reach of children and pets and away from combustible material such as curtains etc and NEVER LEAVE A NAKED FLAME UNATTENDED!
